Open Edition Prints - Shipping

Prints are fulfilled by theprintspace’s labs in London (UK), Düsseldorf (EU) and Brooklyn (USA) to reduce transit times and border delays. Typical delivery windows are 6–10 working days after dispatch, depending on destination. Customs & import duties: for most orders delivered within the UK, EU and USA, local production means no border charges; for other destinations, the recipient is responsible for any applicable duties and taxes.

General Disclaimer

Made to order: Each print is produced on demand; minor variations in colour, tone, and crop may occur due to screen-to-print differences and the hand-finished nature of fine art printing.

Sizes & trims: Listed sizes refer to paper size. Image area, borders, and trims may vary slightly to preserve the artwork’s composition.

Packaging: Packaging format (flat or tube) is chosen to best protect the work in transit and may vary by size and destination.

Production & delivery: Production and shipping timeframes are estimates only and can be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, and seasonal demand.

Duties & taxes: For deliveries outside the customer’s customs union/region, the recipient is responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, and fees.

Damage in transit: Please inspect your order on arrival. If damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging so we can arrange a replacement.

Returns: As prints are made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Faulty or damaged items will be replaced in line with your statutory rights.

Care: Handle prints with clean, dry hands and avoid direct sunlight, humidity, and heat sources. Framing behind UV-protective glazing is recommended.
