The Landscape and the Environment

Scheveningen is a coastal district of The Hague defined by its relationship with the North Sea. The landscape is a transition between traditional harbour structures, modern seaside architecture and a lovely, sea weathered pier. Think massive concrete sea walls the sun dipping into the Northern Sea at sunset, modern graphic architectural structures and bright flaking paint peeling off the much loved Pier.

The Technical Experience

If you would like technical advice or guidance I am happy to help... but this photowalk is just as much about seeing, finding your voice and capturing moments. You don't need any fancy equipment, but I would advise a mix DSLR or Mirrorless camera (or film camera if you are so inclined) and the lenses or lens you most love to work with. Photowalk Details

Duration: The photowalk generally takes around 2 hours.

Time: Depending on your availability and the weather, but late afternoon is best

Location: We will shoot at either the Pier, The Promenade or the Harbour Wall, or in a combination of those places, depending on the weather, time of day and what you want to shoot.

Group Size: This is a private tour of 1 to 3 people.
